Mass Production Service
At present, there are a number of factories for production, plastic particles monthly production capacity of more than 2,000 tons, optical cable monthly production capacity of 15,000km, all-weather production to meet customer orders. After receiving the customer's order, we will arrange the production line for production as soon as possible, and pack and ship within the expected time. In addition, the new plant will soon be put into operation, so we are fully able to meet the customer's mass production services.
Product Quality
Ensure that the production process meets standardization and regulatory requirements and that each step is monitored and controlled. Establish and implement an ISO 9001 quality management system to ensure quality standards. Select high quality raw materials and ensure they meet product specifications and customer requirements. Conduct regular product inspections and tests to verify product performance and quality. Train employees on a regular basis to ensure they understand the importance of quality standards and quality control. Actively obtain customer feedback to resolve issues and improve products in a timely manner. We share information about product quality with our customers, including test results and compliance.
